3 KEYS TO AN ORDERLY FINANCIAL HOME SERIES

How many women out there have their financial situation in an amazing and organized state? If you said, “YES, I DO!” congratulations and I hope you are passing on your knowledge and wisdom to fellow women.

For those of you who said, “Well, umm not really” or “It could use some help” or “YIKES- my finances are a mess”, this is for you so keep on reading.

First-It is all OKAY no matter where you are.

Second-NOW is the best time for you to get your Financial House in Order.

Third-You CAN do this. You are not alone. I am here to support you.

So let’s get this MONEY PARTY started and begin to get your FINANCIAL HOUSE IN ORDER!

It’s going to be fun and easy for you.

I don’t like stress as it nearly killed me in my 30’s (almost 20 years ago-see my website for more background on me @ www.mynewdawning.com) so I surely WILL NOT create stressful methods. NEVER!

Before you start on this amazing and life changing method:

Grab a cup of tea or a nice refreshing drink (non-alcoholic of course- save that for when you are done and celebrate)
Play some relaxing or inspiring music
Light a candle or spray some sweet perfume in the air- anything that creates a nice mood and makes you relaxed
And let’s get started…

3 KEYS TO YOUR ORDERLY FINANCIAL HOME

Key #1: Know What You Appreciate about Money (Energy)

Key #2: Know Where Your Money Is Right Now (Foundation)

Key #3: Know How You Spend Your Money (Building)

Sounds simple? Because it is. Remember.

Easy Does It WELL!

Let’s dig a little bit deeper into Key #1 Know What You Appreciate about Money to understand this at a deeper level.

Key #1 Know What You Appreciate about Money (Energy)

When you understand what you appreciate in your life, it becomes the foundation for what you want to experience. Let me give you an example, if you appreciate flexibility in your schedule, then money may allow you that flexibility. So the ANSWER is : Flexibility

Here’s another one, let’s say you love to feel secure knowing that the bills are all paid and there is extra for some indulgences. Then the ANSWER is: Security.

Make a list of the TOP 3 Things You Appreciate About Money now and then we will move to Key #2 Know Where Your Money Is Right Now.

Appreciation is the ENERGY that builds your ORDERLY FINANCIAL HOME-Aurora

So, great job. Let’s keep moving forward…always forward…

Key #2 Know Where Your Money Is Right Now (Foundation)

This allows you to understand where the money is for what you appreciate (money for providing you those 3 items you identified above) is in your life. Many women have not gained an expertise in this arena to the level they desire.

If someone said to you, I will give you $1 million dollars right now if you can show me where all your money is, would you win the $1 million dollars? Or would you freak that you don’t know where your money is. Maybe you would realize that it is scattered in different accounts and maybe you aren’t even sure of them all.

It’s okay if that is the case because NOW is the moment it changes. Select some time to “find” your money. Here are the steps:

Allow yourself at least 4–8 hours to do this. If you finish earlier than that, sit and celebrate.
Print out and create folders for your accounts or if you prefer electronic management then create a spreadsheet that identifies the account, the amount in the account and the information to access it.
Have a summary (whether electronic or hand written) of all your MONEY.

This is the FOUNDATION OF AN ORDERLY FINANCIAL HOME.

Without a strong foundation, the home will crumble-Aurora

Key #3: Know How You Spend Your Money (Building)

Why does this matter? It matter’s because in Key #1 you were able to identify the top 3 reasons you appreciate money. Now this is TRUTH TIME. This is the BUILDING of your life with the Appreciation (Energy) of Money on top of the Foundation you already have.

Do you spend your money on the items and situations that bring you what you really appreciate those top 3 reasons you identified?

Let’s take an example so you can follow through. If you appreciate Freedom as one of your items, then something that you could spend money on that would align with that may be hiring house keepers who take care of your home and keep it beautiful while you have the freedom to go to the beach, spend time with your family, go for a walk or do anything that brings you the very thing you appreciate-Freedom.

So now, in order to understand what you have been spending your money on, here are your next steps:

Take all the money you have spent in the last 3 months and review it.
Look at each charge and put a check mark next to it if it matches your TOP 3 Things You Appreciate About Money list.
Now tally the number of check marks you made. Go easy on yourself and celebrate any that match.

Remember, you didn’t know these 3 Keys before today so back then you were not living in an Orderly Financial Home like you are creating now.

No matter where you are with this process it is time to CELEBRATE! You did it. You did more than most women by beginning to start on the path of building YOUR FINANCIAL HOUSE IN ORDER that will produce the TOP 3 things you appreciate about money for years to come.
